文化饗宴(Culture Experience)乃融合了多方民族，無論音樂、藝術、風俗、生活習慣等。「中華文化天地」(The World of Chinese Culture)，精心規劃中華民族特有的文化風俗，並分篇介紹，讓使用者可對我國傳統文化有概括性之認識。「僑教雙周刊」(Bi-weekly)內容充 實，適合親小閱讀，每期除發行平面版外，網路版也同時製作，並有電子報，此外也規劃精選集(Selection)和主題區(Topic)，這些內容均可以 作為老師製作教材之參考。「音樂欣賞」(Listen to the Voice of Taiwan)及「美術教學」(Art)，更是饒富趣味，將每個樂器、每個動作製作成動畫，讓學習者不用接觸到實體，也可以在線上欣賞。
